Step 1
Bead Colors Needed:
For this project, we used the beads in the Mini Beads Tray of Neutral colors listed below.
Sand - 543
Tan - 479
Light Brown - 613
Brown - 448
Grey - 244
Black - 1630 - need an additional bag
White - 596
Clear - 109

Mini Beads pegboards, 4pack
Mini Beads tweezers

Step 2
Download the PDF for the Mini Beads Hipster Cat and Dog Project Pattern. You will use 4 mini beads pegboards to create your projects. Slide the actual-size pattern underneath the pegboards and place your beads following the pattern. You will also want to use the Mini Beads Tweezers for ease in bead placement.

Step 3
An adult should fuse the designs. Place your pegboard on a flat, heat-safe surface. Set a household iron to the medium setting. Place ironing paper over the pegboard. In a circular motion, begin to iron the project. When ironed properly, the beads will still have open centers. Let the design cool.

Step 4
Remove the paper and bead design from the pegboard. Flip the design over to expose the non-fused side. Repeat the fusing. Let cool completely. Once the design is cool, peel off the ironing paper. Your pegboards and ironing paper are reusable.

Note: Beads need heat for about 10 seconds per side to fuse evenly. Lift the paper occasionally to see how the beads are fusing. Additional heating time may be required.
