If I place my order today, when will it arrive?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 48 hours of order placement, Monday through Friday.
The Perler.com shipping facility is located in the United States. Standard shipping time to domestic addresses is 5-10 business days, depending on proximity to our facility.
Our facility will be closed in observance of U.S. national holidays, which may delay order processing. Perler.com is not responsible for order delays due to carriers or inclement weather.
Do you offer shipping to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we use FedEx SmartPost to ship to United States P.O. Boxes. If you have entered a P.O. Box as your delivery address, please do NOT enter a street address. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders. A complete street address must be provided at the time the order is placed.
IMPORTANT! Entering both a P.O. Box and street address will delay order delivery.
APO & FPO Orders
We use FedEx SmartPost to ship orders to U.S. military addresses. Enter the recipient's full name and address as usual and as State, select: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific. For deliveries to Africa, select Armed Forces Europe.
Military addresses use the domestic U.S. shipping rates in the chart above.
