Step 1
Download/print the PDF for the project patterns. If you are using a clear pegboard, slide the actual-size pattern underneath it. Place your beads, following the patterns.

Step 2
You will also need:
3 paper lollipop sticks
Craft glue

Step 3
Ask an adult to fuse your design. We recommend following the instructions in this link for fusing large designs: https://perler.com/projects/the-tape-method-for-fusing-large-projects/ General fusing instructions are also included in the pegboard package.

Step 4
Remove the paper and bead design from the pegboard. Flip the design over to expose the non-fused side. Repeat the fusing. Let cool completely. Once the design is cool, peel off the ironing paper. Your pegboard and ironing paper are reusable.

Note: Beads need heat for about 10-20 seconds per side to fuse evenly. Lift the paper occasionally to see how the beads are fusing. Additional heating time may be required.

Step 5
Use a small amount of craft glue to attach one lollipop stick to the back of the small design. Glue the other two sticks to the back of the large design, spacing them evenly.

Step 6
Insert sticks into cake. Remove the toppers from the cake before cutting.
