Step 2
Download the PDF for the Pansy Fashion Set Project Pattern. You will use the arge hexagon pegboard for your projects. If you are using a clear pegboard, slide the actual-size patterns underneath it. Place your beads on the pegboard as shown in the pattern sheet.

Step 3
Ask an adult to fuse your designs. NOTE: Please note that the bracelet should be fused on one side only so that it can be curved more easily. Place your pegboard on a flat, heat-safe surface. Set a household iron to the medium setting. Place ironing paper over the pegboard. In a circular motion, begin to iron the project. When ironed properly, the beads will still have open centers. Stop here for the bracelet and see the first assembly step below, for the other pieces, go on to the next step.

Step 4
Remove the paper and bead design from the pegboard. Flip the design over to expose the non-fused side. Repeat the fusing. Let cool completely. Once the design is cool, peel off the ironing paper. Your pegboards and ironing paper are reusable.

Note: Beads need heat for about 10-20 seconds per side to fuse evenly. Lift the paper occasionally to see how the beads are fusing. Additional heating time may be required.

Step 5
ASSEMBLY: Bracelet: Fuse on ONE SIDE ONLY. While the beads are still warm from fusing, curve the bracelet with the fused side facing in. Hold until the beads are cool. TIP: Place the bracelet inside the top of a jar to hold its shape until cool.

Step 6
Headband: Glue the pansy blossoms to the headband.

Step 7
Layered Pin: See the diagrams here for the layering and glue each piece in place as you go. First, layer the double petal on the base piece. Second, layer the single petal on the double petal piece. Third, layer the flower center on the single petal piece.
