Step 1
Download/print the PDF for the project patterns. If you are using a clear pegboard, slide the actual-size patterns underneath it. Place your beads, following the patterns.

Step 2
You will also need:
White opalescent textured cardstock, 12" x 12"
Craft glue
Envelope to fit 6" x 6" card
Scissors

Step 3
Ask an adult to fuse your designs. Place your pegboard on a flat, heat-safe surface. Set a household iron to the medium setting. Place ironing paper over the pegboard and bead design. In a circular motion, begin to iron the design. When ironed properly, the beads will still have open centers. Let the design cool.

Step 4
Remove the paper and bead design from the pegboard. Flip the design over to expose the non-fused side. Repeat the fusing. Let cool completely. Once the design is cool, peel off the ironing paper. Your pegboard and ironing paper are reusable.

Note: Beads need heat for about 10-20 seconds per side to fuse evenly. Lift the paper occasionally to see how the beads are fusing. Additional heating time may be required.

Step 5
Cut the cardstock to 6" x 12". Round the four corners. Fold in half to create a 6" x 6" card.

Step 6
Position the border design on the card front and glue in place.

Step 7
Center the hearts inside the border and glue in place.

Step 8
Add your own personal sentiment to the inside of the card. You can also add other embellishments to make the design uniquely your own!

Note: If intending to mail the card, it may require additional postage due to thickness/size. ItŐs best to check with your local post office before mailing.
