1. Sponsor 

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Advantus Corp., located at 12276 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223. 

2. Eligibility 

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 

3. Sweepstakes Period 

The Sweepstakes begins on August 7, 2026, at 12:01 EDT and ends on August 14, 2026, at 11:59pm EDT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. 

4. How to Enter 

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://perler.com/ and complete the official entry form with the requested information (e.g., name and email address). Entries must be submitted through the official entry form; entries made through any other means will not be accepted.   

Limit: one (1) entry per person / email address / household for the entire Sweepstakes Period. 

Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Sponsors may use available technology to detect and prevent duplicate or multiple entries, including entries from the same computer, device, email address, or household. 

Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, and entries that are incomplete, garbled, or illegible, will be void. 

5. Prizes 

Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $100 Perler.com gift card (each, a "Prize"). 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize: $100. Total ARV of all Prizes: $300. 

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with receipt or use of a Prize. 

6. Winner Selection and Odds 

Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, or Sponsor's designated representative, within 7 business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

7. Winner Notification 

Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry within 7 business days of the drawing. Upon selection, Sponsor will send each winner's Prize directly to the email address provided at entry within 7 business days of notification; no additional action, confirmation, or documentation is required from the winner to receive the Prize. If a Prize notification or gift card is returned as undeliverable, or if Sponsor determines that a winner is ineligible, that Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. 

8. General Conditions 

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. 

9. Release and Limitation of Liability 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, or damage arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt or use/misuse of a Prize. 

10. Privacy 

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsors Privacy Policy, available at Privacy policy – Advantus Corp. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use the information you provide to administer this Sweepstakes, and, if you opt in separately, to send you marketing communications. 11. Disputes 

Entrants agree that: (a) any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [your state/county]; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. 

12. Winner List 

For the names of the winners, available after August 21, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Advantus Corp. 12276 San Jose Blvd. Building 618, Jacksonville, FL. 32223, or email Play-Marketing@advantus.com with "National Perler Day 2026 Giveaway Sweepstakes Winner List" in the subject line.
