Super-Sized Clear Pegboard

Love the size of it, Works great

I am extremely disappointed with Perler’s customer service. We own many super-sized pegboards, ordered two more, and what we received was completely different. Same sized pegboard, but they do not connect with one another and pegs don’t go to the edge of the board. We ordered the board with the tiger design, but received a board with a parrot. I assumed it was a new background design. My kids opened it up and began using it when they realized they didn’t connect. They make very large projects and need this capability. Also, the boards we were sent are called “super pegboard”, not “supersized”. I checked my order and we definitely ordered the correct item- this was Perler’s error. I reached out to customer service to complain and have had no response. Now we are well passed 30 days since the order was placed and are stuck with these awful boards that we did not order. This makes me really sad because my kids adore Perler beads, but I am not OK with the new management. Everyone who ordered one item and received something else should be sent the correct item, no questions. And fix your customer service issues or you will lose business.

This board is awesome but has one flaw: when you iron the beads, the board warps. Sometimes that warp can be significant enough to disrupt the beads before they have fused together and mess up the work. This is rare. Once the board cools down, it flattens back out in it own and is good to go for the next design. I think it just needs to be sturdier.
